This product is a complete waste of money! First, the product shows 10 numbers on the code keys. In fact there is no way to choose between either of the two numbers on a given key. For example, if you want to choose 3 instead of 2, you can't. So, in effect there are only five "numbers" to choose from when you create your pin. It took four calls to their tech help line before they admitted to this problem (there is nothing in the user manual to explain). Then their tech support tried to spin this problem as a "feature" (if you can't fix it, feature it!). They tried to convince me that the inability to choose the number you wanted would make it harder for someone to figure out your pin! Actually, mathematically, it makes it easier by a factor of 5 factorial because of fewer numbers. When I asked for a refund because the product is not as advertised, they said they would only replace "defective" units. What a bunch of bull. In addition, when I tried to create a pin that is not the factory default number, the unit refused to accept any other selection of key sequences. Finally, the instructions claim that once the internal battery is charged, you can program the unit and/or unlock the unit before it is inserted on your computer. The unit does not actually work that way, it must be inserted on your computer before it will run the unlock sequence. If you buy it, don't say you weren't warned!
